GM Salvage Yard is looking for a Financial Clerk to manage the financial heartbeat of our professional auto parts marketplace. Based out of our Jackpot, NV warehouse, this role offers a flexible work arrangement: you can work on-site, or, for the right candidate, transition into a fully remote position. You will be responsible for the seamless financial flow between professional repair shops and our massive network of recyclers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Monitor the GM Salvage Parts platform to process incoming orders from body shops and insurance appraisers.

  • Payment Processing: Securely handle high-volume payments, including credit cards and ACH transfers, ensuring all funds are captured before parts are released for delivery.

  • Billing & Invoicing: Create detailed invoices that include "all-inclusive" pricing (part cost + warranty + delivery fees).

  • Remote Collaboration: Use our Live Service™ integrated chat to coordinate payment issues with dealers and buyers in real-time, maintaining high productivity whether in-office or remote.

  • Dispute Resolution: Manage credits and returns in compliance with buyer feedback ratings and recycler warranty policies.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure all financial entries align with our database of 190 million parts to prevent billing errors.

Requirements & Skills

  • Location Flexibility: If working remotely, you must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

  • Mathematical Proficiency: Strong ability to calculate percentages for warranties and taxes across different jurisdictions.
